Our offering changes daily and is influenced by the seasons and our desire to provide people with better choices for their health. No refined sugars or sweeteners are ever used in our kitchen. We culture and churn Jersey cream to make our butter, and for sweetness - we turn to raw honey and rapadura cane sugar.

Our breads and pastries are made with unbleached 100% Australian stoneground flours and the very best in Certified Sustainable and Organic ingredients. Berkelo's naturally leavened loaves do not contain any commercial yeast or additives. Our long fermented breads spend no fewer than eighteen hours cold fermenting before being baked on stone.
