Puff Pastry (flour, butter, salt) (wheat), spinach, kale, eggs (egg), onion, ricotta (milk), feta (milk), parmesan (milk), lemon juice, parsley, pepper, salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°c
Place the uncooked rolls in the oven and cook from frozen for 25 – 30 minutes, until golden brown.
To reheat a cooked roll, place in the oven for 8 minutes.
The rolls are is ready when the filling is piping hot and has reached an internal temperature of 75°c
