When do you deliver?
    • In 2021 we will deliver to most suburbs in Sydney, Monday and Thursday
    • Our drivers will aim to deliver your order between 11am and 7pm.
    I've checked my postcode and it says you don't deliver to my suburb?

    We're sorry about that. If you think there's been a mistake get in touch and we will do our best to remedy it.

    What about regional deliveries?

    We are working on extending our delivery network in 2021. If there’s a postcode you’d like us to service, please get in touch.

    How do you deliver?

    Our deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles. This may seem counterintuitive for bread and pastry but allows us to send chilled and frozen items too. We have included warming instructions for all items that don’t usually like the cold. Our chilled and frozen items will need to go straight into the fridge on arrival. Bread and pastry can be stored in ambient temperatures and should be consumed within 48 hours to maximise enjoyment. 

    When do you deliver?
    • Orders placed by 2pm can be delivered the next day, or on a future date

    • Some products need more time to be lovingly made, so please check our website

    If you’d like to order outside of this delivery schedule you are welcome to place a Pickup order.

    Your delivery schedule doesn't suit me. Can I pick up in store?

    All orders placed by 2pm will be available to collect in store after 8am the following day. There are a few exceptions to this. Our family cakes and big loaves require extra preparation time (48 hours)

    Unfortunately, you are not able to choose an alternative delivery date via the website, you will be allocated the next available delivery day to your suburb. If you’d like to change your delivery day to a future day, simply email us after checkout and we will make the change for you.

    What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

    Due to the complex nature of Berkelo’s fermentation for bread and pastry production, occasionally, it’s possible that some of the items in your order may be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you by phone or email to determine what you’d like to do. We can either send alternative items or provide you with a refund.

    How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?

    Purchases will appear as SP * BERKELOAU  on your credit card statement.  

    When can I expect my order?

    Deliveries will usually be made between 11am and 7pm. We are unable to provide more details around delivery times. Please ensure someone will be home to receive the delivery or provide instructions where you would like your order left.

    Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

    No, sorry we don’t.

    Will you give my details third parties?

    Absolutely not. Your information will never be passed on.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Thanks for your interest, no, Berkelo only delivers within metro Sydney at this time.

    What payment methods does Berkelo accept?

    Berkelo uses Shopify Payments through which you can purchase using American Express, Visa & Mastercard. We also accept PayPal.
