You’ve been enjoying our house fermented vegetables in the cafes for years, but now is your opportunity to learn the process to start your own ferments at home. Join us while we teach this delicious, gut-friendly art and have a few laughs in the process.

Who? Anyone looking to reap the health benefits of traditionally fermented, and utterly delicious vegetables

What? Learn the skills to create sauerkraut and kimchi taking away your own probiotic-filled jars and recipes that will cut your food waste and feed your microbiome
