Our baguettes are real yummy. We make them in the traditional French style with baker's yeast which we mix into a poolish.
The process for making our baguettes is 3 day scenario. It's our longest fermented product, we ferment our poolish for 24 hours before shaping the baguettes, which then ferment for 18 hours.
If you're looking for a large quantity of baguettes (say more than 10) for your next do, please place your order at least 3 days in advance.
Baguettes are great if you're collecting from our stores.
Unfortunately they don't fit in our boxes and are unavailable for delivery.
