Our pasta is made in Gunnedah, NSW, using grains grown by Australian farmers.
Nutritional analysis has shown positive results for our sourdough pasta when compared with mainstream varieties. Using grains that are certified sustainable from farmers that focus on soil health. They use regenerative farming techniques, to support biodiversity & long-term sustainability of our environment.
