Honey, one of life's most beautiful ingredients. We source this stuff direct from the apiarist, at the moment this is Tim, he lives near Kempsey in Northern NSW, the flavour changes with the seasons. Our current jars were harvested by busy bees frequenting macadamia & tea trees.
